Fordington Farm is a collection of seven custom-build homes, designed by renowned architect Ben Pentreath and just a short walk from the centre of Dorchester.

Fordington sits just to the east of Dorchester and was once a village in its own right. It still has its own distinctive character, while being within easy walking distance of the town centre.

Fordington Farm itself was formerly a farmyard owned by the Duchy of Cornwall. The new homes have been carefully designed to make the most of this peaceful setting and to feel like a natural addition to the surrounding area.

Dorchester offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, schools, and leisure facilities, as well as excellent access to the Dorset countryside and Jurassic Coast. Two railway stations provide direct services to London Waterloo, Bath, and Bristol.
