Alderminster is a small, village settlement in South Warwickshire, located just five miles South of Stratford-upon-Avon and eleven miles North of Moreton-in-Marsh. It’s an attractive rural location with a village pub and parish church.

Our site is a relatively flat, greenfield site, accessed via a Barwood Homes development (completed 2021).

We have outline planning permission for 17 custom-build plots; a low density proposal with expansive new public open space.
